CGS § 10a-109dd. Deferred maintenance needs.

The university, as defined in subdivision (26) of section 10a-109c, shall conduct reviews of deferred maintenance needs at the university and annually submit to the Board of Trustees of The University of Connecticut, or a committee of the board, an annual budget concerning deferred maintenance, as defined in subdivision (29) of section 10a-109c.
