CGS § 13a-126e. Easements for public service companies to provide service to Department of Transportation facilities.

The Commissioner of Transportation may grant easements with respect to land owned by the state to a public service company, as defined in section 16-1, in connection with bringing utility service to a Department of Transportation facility or office, subject to the approval of the State Properties Review Board.
