CGS § 14-65e. Motor vehicle repairs: Definitions.

For the purposes of sections 14-65f to 14-65j, inclusive, “motor vehicle repair shop” or “repair shop” means a new car dealer, a used car dealer or a repairer, or their agents or employees.
