CGS § 15-45. Investigations.

The executive director may hold investigations, inquiries and hearings concerning matters covered by the provisions of this chapter, aircraft accidents, unmanned aircraft accidents or orders, regulations and procedures of the executive director.

History: 1969 act replaced references to commission, commission members and its director with references to commissioner of transportation and deleted provision re administration of oaths and subpoena power; P.A. 15-192 replaced “commissioner” with “executive director”, effective July 2, 2015; P.A. 24-40 added reference to unmanned aircraft accidents and procedures, effective July 1, 2024.
