CGS § 16a-46l. Home Energy Solutions audit information for recipients of funds from Operation Fuel, Incorporated and agencies administering state fuel assistance programs.

l On and after July 1, 2013, Operation Fuel, Incorporated and agencies administering state fuel assistance programs shall provide a recipient of funds (1) information regarding the Home Energy Solutions audit, and (2) an application form for said audit.
