CGS § 18-87l. New Haven Armory not to be used to house prisoners or other detainees.

l The New Haven Armory may not be used in any part or at any time for the incarceration or holding of persons charged with, or convicted of, a crime, including, but not limited to, any temporary housing of prisoners or detainees on an emergency basis.
