CGS § 19a-111l. Guidelines on mold abatement protocols.
l On or before October 1, 2006, the Department of Public Health shall publish guidelines establishing mold abatement protocols that include acceptable methods for performing mold remediation or abatement work. Such guidelines shall not be deemed to be regulations, as defined in section 4-166.
