CGS § 19a-754k. Health care cost growth and quality benchmarks and primary care spending targets: Regulations.
The Commissioner of Health Strategy may adopt regulations, in accordance with chapter 54, to implement the provisions of section 19a-754a and sections 19a-754f to 19a-754j, inclusive.
