Connecticut General Statutes/Title 20/Chapter 370/Section 20-14n

CGS § 20-14n. Disciplinary action for purchasing for resale, selling, offering for sale or delivering in any manner a counterfeit drug or device.

Any prescribing practitioner, as defined in section 20-14c, who violates the provisions of subsection (b) of section 21a-90 shall be subject to disciplinary action pursuant to section 19a-17.
