CGS § 22a-354l. Model municipal aquifer protection ordinance.

l Not later than October 1, 1995, the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection shall prepare a model municipal aquifer protection ordinance, consistent with regulations adopted under section 22a-354i. The ordinance may be considered by municipal aquifer protection agencies in adopting regulations pursuant to section 22a-354p.

History: P.A. 93-337 added a deadline of October 1, 1995, for adoption of a model ordinance; pursuant to P.A. 11-80, “Commissioner of Environmental Protection” was changed editorially by the Revisors to “Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection”, effective July 1, 2011.
