CGS § 31-11q and 31-11r. Submission of comprehensive state performance measures developed by Connecticut Employment and Training Commission to General Assembly. Submission of workforce development plan to Governor, prior General Assembly approval; submission of plan by Governor to United States Secretary of Labor; requests for waiver.

Sections 31-11q and 31-11r are repealed, effective July 1, 2021.
