CGS § 31-282. Successor may complete acts when administrative law judge dies.

If any administrative law judge dies before the final settlement of any matter in which he had been acting in his official capacity, his successor in office may continue such matter to its completion.

History: 1961 act entirely replaced previous provisions; pursuant to P.A. 21-18, “compensation commissioner” was changed editorially by the Revisors to “administrative law judge”, effective October 1, 2021.
