CGS § 31-39a and 31-40. Operation of hydraulic loading and unloading equipment at resources recovery facilities. Reporting serious accidents in establishments or work places under jurisdiction of Labor Commissioner.

Sections 31-39a and 31-40 are repealed, effective June 27, 2023.
