CGS § 4-68n. Correctional system population projections.

The Criminal Justice Policy and Planning Division within the Office of Policy and Management shall develop population projections for the correctional system for planning purposes and issue a report on such projections not later than February fifteenth of each year. The Office of Policy and Management shall make such report publicly available on the office's Internet web site.

History: P.A. 05-249 effective July 1, 2006; P.A. 07-217 changed the annual reporting deadline from November first to February fifteenth, effective July 12, 2007; P.A. 21-97 made a technical change and added provision re public availability of report.
