Request and consent to be filed in Probate Court; confidentiality, status of child born as result of A.I.D. No rights in donor of sperm or eggs. Status of child determined by jurisdiction of birth.
Sections 45a-771 to 45a-776, inclusive, are repealed, effective January 1, 2022.
