CGS § 46a-80f. Discrimination on basis of erased criminal history record information: Equal employment in state agencies.

On and after January 1, 2023, state officials and supervisory personnel shall recruit, appoint, assign, train, evaluate and promote state personnel on the basis of merit and qualifications, without regard for erased criminal history record information.
