CGS § 46b-38m. Accessibility of domestic violence offender program standards on Judicial Branch's Internet web site.

The Chief Court Administrator shall ensure that the domestic violence offender program standards, and any updates or revisions to such standards provided to the Chief Court Administrator by the Domestic Violence Criminal Justice Response and Enhancement Advisory Council, are accessible electronically on the Internet web site of the Judicial Branch.

History: P.A. 15-211 effective June 30, 2015; P.A. 23-136 deleted obsolete provision re Criminal Justice Policy Advisory Committee submitting domestic violence program standards to Chief Court Administrator, replaced “Domestic Violence Offender Program Standards Advisory Council” with “Domestic Violence Criminal Justice Response and Enhancement Advisory Council” and made technical changes, effective July 1, 2023; P.A. 24-24 made a technical change.
