Sections 46b-450 to 46b-553, inclusive, modify, limit or supersede the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 USC 7001 et seq., but do not modify, limit or supersede 15 USC 7001(c), or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in 15 USC 7003(b).
