CGS § 47-295. Regulations.

The Commissioner of Housing shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to carry out the purposes of sections 47-288 and 47-294. Such regulations shall provide for the form of registration to be required pursuant to section 47-288 and the information to be provided therein.
