CGS § 49-30w. Junior lien on property encumbered by underwater mortgage.

Nothing in sections 49-30q to 49-30u, inclusive, shall be construed as eliminating the debt or any judgment associated with an affected junior lien on the residential real property encumbered by the underwater mortgage.
