CGS § 4d-32. Approval of subcontract awards.

No contractor shall award a subcontract for work under a contract or for work under an amendment to a contract without the approval of the Commissioner of Administrative Services or a designee of (1) the selection of the subcontractor, and (2) the disclosure of the provisions of the subcontract.

(b) re filing copy of executed subcontracts or amendments with the commissioner and deleted Subsec. designator (a), effective June 12, 2023.
