Connecticut General Statutes/Title 54/Chapter 959/Section 54-36d

CGS § 54-36d. Proceedings under chapters 214, 220 and 490 concerning cigarettes, alcohol and fisheries and game, respectively, exempt from certain licensing and disposition requirements.

Sections 21-1, 54-36a, 54-36b and 54-36c, shall not be applicable to the proceedings taken pursuant to chapters 214, 220 and 490.
