CGS § 7-294ll. Issuance of guidance to police re determination of whether a person is in possession of cannabis in excess of legal limit.

ll Not later than January 1, 2022, the Police Officer Standards and Training Council shall issue guidance concerning how police officers shall determine whether the cannabis possessed by a person is in excess of such person's possession limit pursuant to subsection (a) of section 21a-279a.
