R.I. Gen. Laws § 40-8.7-2. Medicaid buy-in program.

The executive office of health and human services is hereby authorized and directed to maintain a Medicaid buy-in program pursuant to the “Balanced Budget Act of 1997,” 42 U.S.C. § 1396a(a)(10)(A)(ii)(XIII), and the federal Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999 (TWWIIA), Pub. L. No. 106-170.
