CGS § 22-316. Disposal of diseased livestock.

All carcasses of diseased livestock condemned pursuant to this chapter shall be disposed of in a manner acceptable to the commissioner. The premises shall be disinfected in a manner acceptable to the commissioner before livestock are reintroduced to such premises.
