CGS § 10-74p. Training program re special education and transition services.

The Department of Education's Bureau of Special Education shall develop by July 1, 2024, and update at least annually, a training program concerning the legal requirements and best practice recommendations for special education and transition services, as defined in section 10-74o, to be delivered through on-demand online courses and, in the bureau's discretion, in person.
