CGS § 10-97a. Inspection of school buses in operation in Technical Education and Career System.

The superintendent of the Technical Education and Career System shall arrange for the annual inspection, in accordance with the provisions of section 14-282a, of those school buses, as defined in section 14-275, in operation in the Technical Education and Career System.

History: P.A. 10-76 effective May 18, 2010; P.A. 12-116 replaced “regional vocational-technical school system” with “technical high school system”, effective July 1, 2012; P.A. 17-237 replaced “technical high school system” with “Technical Education and Career System”, effective July 1, 2017; P.A. 22-118 replaced “On or before July 15, 2010, and annually thereafter, the State Board of Education” with “The superintendent of the Technical Education and Career System” and added “annual”, effective July 1, 2022.
