CGS § 22a-220f. Unit-based pricing program for municipal solid waste disposal. Incentive program.

Not later than July 1, 2022, the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection shall develop an incentive program to assist municipalities that wish to adopt a unit-based pricing program for solid waste disposal in such municipality. The commissioner shall identify funding sources to be utilized in providing such incentives to municipalities.
