CGS § 22a-256cc. Deposit of revenue into General Fund.

Any revenue collected under the provisions of section 22a-256aa shall be deposited in the General Fund.

Sess. P.A. 09-3 replaced reference to municipal solid waste recycling trust account with reference to General Fund.
