CGS § 22a-241m. Opportunities for recycling infrastructure investment program.

The Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection, in consultation with other state agencies or quasi-public agencies, shall identify opportunities for the establishment of a new, or the expansion of any existing, recycling infrastructure investment program.
