R.I. Gen. Laws § 21-2-14. Temporary permit suspension.

Temporary permit suspensions shall take place in accordance with procedures set forth in the Grade “A” Pasteurized Milk Ordinance 1978 recommendations of the U.S. Public Health Service/Food and Drug Administration, and subsequent revisions.
